Welcome to the Penguin floorplan. Waddle through your front door to find access to the bathroom immediately to your right otherwise walk into your island kitchen ahead of you. Through the bathroom, you will find a walk-through closet leading you to the en-suite bedroom. This bedroom has an extra room for whatever you may choose, whether that's an extra large closet, a library, an office, a yoga studio, or perhaps a nursery, the possibilities are endless! Exit your bedroom to the living space where your washer and dryer are tucked away in the pantry. Don't forget your umbrella when it rains on your private balcony which comes off of your living room on the far side of your apartment. Up ahead you'll see the lofted bedroom with it's own double door closet. The name is not Oswald, it's Penguin!
